Rarely does a business get 5 stars from me as I feel they should exceed expectations to receive 5 stars. The thoroughness of this company and its employees go above and beyond most professional cleaning services. Its all in the details and starts from the top. Whether you are a commercial or residential client, the attention to detail is extremely professional. I have been a client of this company since 2018 and have been super impressed with the cleaning and customer service I have received, What other companies overlook or consider additional charges for, Houston Cleaning Pros takes professional pride in how they clean. The cool thing is they do handyman work too. I had a small job that everyone else wouldn't do or was overcharging for painting a single outside door in my home. They did it at a fair price and I was very satisfied with the outcome. They are also pet friendly as I have two large dogs that are indoor/outdoor dogs and this was no issue with Houston Pro Clean. Their prices are very reasonable and well within what the market is for professional cleaners. I do not hesitate to recommend Houston Cleaning Pros as the top professional cleaners in Katy area. They go above and beyond.
I'm always skeptical about people coming into my home to clean but I could not have asked for a better experience with Houston Cleaning Pros. They were thorough, thoughtful, and did not make me feel any type of way about my very messy house. They have a customer for life now!
Kristin and her team are amazing. They ACTUALLY clean what they say they are going to clean. I have hired cleaners who don’t touch half of what they claim they cleaned and then charge an insane amount. Kristin and Maria made sure everything was deep cleaned and shiny! They did the make ready on our house we moved out of last month and then came to the terribly dirty house we moved into and helped get it back to clean!
